Store Manger continues to evolve as we incorporate improvements and update it’s capabilities. Our customers, their feedback and suggestions inspire many of those ongoing improvements. Sometimes the upgrades are imperceptible, like TK and TK. Sometimes they are obvious, like when we introduced the Retail Dashboard, or add UPS shipping capabilities (May). In all cases, the upgrades and improvements to Store Manager’s service capabilities mean you have an ongoing, self-upgraded, value-added product; essentially, a business partner that keeps giving. Remember, you do not pay for these improvements. As a Modern Retail client, these improvements are part of your Store Manager – the complete retail service.

Retail Dashboard

The Retail Dashboard allows you to easily view and manage your on-line business. Like your car’s dashboard, the Retail Dashboard lets you know at a glance how far you are going, and how fast. Just click on Store Manger when you log in to your website, and on-line orders, order and shipping status, product performance, customer history and communications are all on view.

E-Mail Marketing

You probably know from experience that direct mail marketing is the most effective way to communicate a message, whether promoting the merchandise of a new season, announcing a sale, distributing a newsletter or sharing pertinent information. Store Manager includes an awesomely simple e-mail marketing tool to easily create attractive, sophisticated mass-emails. Customers who have signed up at your store or website, or purchased on line are qualified customers who want to be reminded to visit again, and again.

Tip: We recommend sending out an announcement once a quarter to your customer base – or once a month. In addition to doing most of the work creating your e-mailer, Store Manager will keep track of those customers for you

Order Fulfillment

As a UPS® business partner, we have complete integration for shipping and communicating order status with your on-line customers – and it is completely automatic. Just a click – to print your labels and order a pick up. Store Manger does the rest, automatically notifying customers and providing tracking, status and shipping information.

Note: Printing of UPS® Shipping lables is the newest upgrade to our system, and will be available in Summer 2004.

On-Line Catalog Management

Like your store window, your on-line catalog attracts customers when your merchandise offerings are fresh and exciting. You don’t need thousands of SKU’s to do this, just a quick reorganization of merchandise brings new products to the attention of your customers – and lets them know you are staying on top of the trends. Don’t worry about manipulating the images to fit your site – Store Manager does that for you.
